The response I received claimed they had already contacted me, asking for an order number that I never received and had previously mentioned. It felt like an automated message! I had provided my full name and delivery address.
This exchange occurred on December 17th, and I replied immediately. I also sent follow-up emails on December 18th and 22nd, but received no replies whatsoever!
I placed an order over three weeks ago and still haven't received an order number or confirmation. I've emailed customer service three times and provided proof of the bank transaction, which was processed immediately. All I got back was an automated response. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I cannot recommend placing any orders.
