I placed an order for a holiday gift on 3rd December, expecting delivery within 3-12 days. I thought I had plenty of time. However, after receiving my confirmation email, I anticipated delivery by 15th December. I was shocked to receive an email on 16th December stating that my order was finally on its way. This company took over 2 weeks to dispatch my item to the delivery service, all while I believed it was en route. I've been anxiously hoping it would arrive in time for the holidays, but it's clear that it won't now. This was the only gift I bought for my brother, and now he will have nothing from me this season! I'm incredibly disappointed. I wish I had checked reviews before making this purchase.
