I placed an order on 20.12.15, and shortly after, I discovered a lower price elsewhere. Following the cancellation policy, I emailed to cancel and request a refund. Since then, I've sent two additional emails, but I still haven't received a response. I haven't received the item or my refund, and tracking is impossible due to issues with the website. The phone line disconnects as well. This feels like a scam; I strongly advise against using this service!
