Extremely disappointing experience. I placed an order for a Christmas gift but then read the reviews and canceled the order within 10 minutes. Almost immediately, I received an email offering a discount or a full refund. I opted for the refund but didn't hear back until 5 days later when I got a dispatch email! I reached out for clarification but received no response. The item finally arrived after Christmas, and despite sending around 6 emails asking for a return address, I've been completely ignored! It's a complete joke!
