I want to share my disappointment regarding a recent return experience with a dress I bought for my mother to wear at my daughter's wedding in June 2026. I purchased several dresses so she could pick her favorite. After she made her choice, I returned the rest. Unfortunately, I can't recall which dress had an attached sash. I received one of the returned dresses back, stating that the sash was removed and thus it couldn't be accepted for return. I want to emphasize that I did not remove anything and returned all items in the same condition as I received them. Despite numerous calls to explain my situation, my concerns remain unresolved. The only option I found was to keep the dress my mother didn't like and return the one she preferred. This is particularly troubling since the dress was quite expensive, nearly $900, and I cannot afford to pay for two dresses. I advise others to be cautious when returning items, such as taking pictures of the items before and after sending them back. It seems that if anything goes wrong during the return process, the customer ends up bearing the cost.
