Horrible experience with the item and support

The item caused severe allergies, and when I contacted the seller, they instructed me to return it. After I sent it back, they claimed it was used and refused to issue a refund. The representative and supervisor were unhelpful and seemed more interested in keeping my money than resolving the issue. Despite spending a significant amount with them, I will never shop here again. Their policy states that items causing allergic reactions can be returned, but they failed to honor that. I had to go through the trouble of mailing the item back, only to be told I wouldn't receive a refund.

Terrible experience with no support

I have not received my item and the business is unwilling to assist with a replacement or refund, claiming they "don't believe me" and that it’s "out of their hands." I ordered a limited edition product, and it seems my package may have been misdelivered or stolen, yet I am being forced to pay for something I never received. I've reached out multiple times but was ignored, and their slow responses made me feel neglected after they took my money. I’ve ordered here before without issues, but now I’m treated like a villain for reporting the problem. I even provided a police report as they suggested, but they still refuse to help. My order was placed in October, and now it’s December with no resolution. I'm out $400, and since the item is sold out, I can’t even get a replacement. Extremely poor customer service.

Frustrating Experience with Dress Return

I want to share my disappointment regarding a recent return experience with a dress I bought for my mother to wear at my daughter's wedding in June 2026. I purchased several dresses so she could pick her favorite. After she made her choice, I returned the rest. Unfortunately, I can't recall which dress had an attached sash. I received one of the returned dresses back, stating that the sash was removed and thus it couldn't be accepted for return. I want to emphasize that I did not remove anything and returned all items in the same condition as I received them. Despite numerous calls to explain my situation, my concerns remain unresolved. The only option I found was to keep the dress my mother didn't like and return the one she preferred. This is particularly troubling since the dress was quite expensive, nearly $900, and I cannot afford to pay for two dresses. I advise others to be cautious when returning items, such as taking pictures of the items before and after sending them back. It seems that if anything goes wrong during the return process, the customer ends up bearing the cost.

Extremely frustrating experience.

Extremely frustrating experience. After placing my order, I quickly realized I had bought a final sale item. The final sale notice was in very small print, which I overlooked. Had I seen it, I wouldn't have made the purchase. Now I'm uncertain if it will fit me. I attempted to cancel the order immediately, but the support team was unhelpful. I will not be buying from them again.

Terrible experience with the service

Dealing with this service has been a nightmare. After placing my order, I quickly realized I had bought a final sale dress, which was only mentioned in small print. I would never have made that purchase if I'd seen that detail. I have no idea if it will fit me. I tried to cancel the order immediately, but they were unhelpful. I will never shop with them again.

Disappointing delivery experience

I ordered a $600 pair of trousers, but the delivery team left the package out on the street, taking a photo as proof. The package was stolen, and now I have to wait for an investigation to see if I’ll get my money back. Customer service was not helpful at all.

Missing item from order

Wished for zero stars

I am a real person writing this review. I ordered a $1300 pair of glasses and chose express shipping. I specifically selected the ivory color, but they sent me the black pair instead. Customer service was unhelpful and rude. After finally resolving the issue, they sent the wrong item again. I will never shop here again.
