I have not received my item and the business is unwilling to assist with a replacement or refund, claiming they "don't believe me" and that it’s "out of their hands." I ordered a limited edition product, and it seems my package may have been misdelivered or stolen, yet I am being forced to pay for something I never received. I've reached out multiple times but was ignored, and their slow responses made me feel neglected after they took my money. I’ve ordered here before without issues, but now I’m treated like a villain for reporting the problem. I even provided a police report as they suggested, but they still refuse to help. My order was placed in October, and now it’s December with no resolution. I'm out $400, and since the item is sold out, I can’t even get a replacement. Extremely poor customer service.
