The representative and supervisor were unhelpful and seemed more interested in keeping my money than resolving the issue. Despite spending a significant amount with them, I will never shop here again. Their policy states that items causing allergic reactions can be returned, but they failed to honor that. I had to go through the trouble of mailing the item back, only to be told I wouldn't receive a refund.
