I ordered a Ferragamo watch Gacino 22.5m Gold Tone Stainless Steel Case worth 378 dollars on June 02. Today, on June 11, l received a package with no watch, and the package was sealed. This is fraud. I called American Express to ask them to cancel the transaction and they said they are investigating. But, how can Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH, go away with such fraud. If you are anyone facing the same issue please let us connect and sue this company for advertising false information about items and then not deliver what they state a customer is paying for. I am going to sue your company unless someone reaches out to me to rectify this problem.
