If I could give them any less stars, I would! I shopped their closing sale at 75% off and got a great price on some pieces but unbeknownst to me now I’m getting hit for taxes and duties on imported shipping. Never was I ever told, nor does it disclose anywhere on their site, even in their shipping fees, etc., portion, do they ever state that.
This is just a PSA and a buyer beware because depending on how much you buy those import taxes, duties and fees, etc. get to be pretty expensive and there’s nothing you can do about it. You have to ultimately pay them because they had the shipping company pay those fees upfront for “them.” Supposedly to expedite delivery, but I think that’s a bunch of bull as well. Highly recommend you stay away from this company! They’re supposed to be a USA company.
Then, when you call them to remedy the situation, they tell you just to ignore it. That’s not gonna happen when you owe the US government some money, even if it is unbeknownst to you.

Long Delays for Refunds

Very disappointing service. They require over 30 days for a refund. I bought an expensive handbag that became damaged after a year. The quality is subpar and misleading. Proceed with caution!

Incomplete Order with No Resolution on Refund

I ordered two pairs of shoes but received only one. I filed a claim the same day I got the partial order, and now, 32 days later, I'm still waiting for a resolution, despite being told it would be resolved in 10 business days. I strongly advise against buying from this online retailer. The customer service is dreadful.

Misleading Final Sale Policy

I bought a pair of pants on sale and was never clearly informed that it was a final sale. When they didn’t fit, I tried to return them and was told that returns and store credit were not allowed. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. I will not shop here again.

Order Delays and Poor Communication

I placed an order on December 2 and have been trying to get shipping status for the last three days. Finally, when I reached someone, they couldn't provide any updates after 10 days and wouldn't cancel the order either. The estimated delivery was supposed to be December 10. Very disappointing service.

If Only There Were Zero Stars...

If zero stars were an option, that would be the rating for this experience. I bought a pendant that broke shortly after my son started wearing it. I contacted customer service for a remedy, but they offered me a mere 5% off the repair cost. This is unacceptable for a product over $320. I regret buying jewelry from here.

Extremely Poor Customer Service

Their customer service is appalling. My expensive purchase was lost by the courier, and they refused to replace it. I was told to repurchase it and wait for a refund that could take weeks. This experience has been incredibly frustrating.

Package Misdelivery and No Resolution

I am frustrated that my package was delivered to the wrong address, despite confirmation from customer service. I contacted them for a quick resolution, but after talking to three reps, I got no solution. They suggested a lengthy investigation or repurchasing the items. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Frustrating Return Process

I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I received several items, but all had issues. When I called to return them, I learned about a $9.95 return fee, which I felt was unfair for damaged items. The representative mentioned the return process could take 30 days, which is ridiculous. Avoid this store.
