For starters the Items wasn't delivered on time. Out of the 3 items that I ordered I only received one never received the other two. I order a floral baseball hat, print short sleeve button down and a 2-pack of Hugo Boss logo socks that total out to a $108. They told me that I can reorder my merchandise, but I had to pay a $50 Restocking fee for two items that I never received in the first place. When I call to complain that I never received my other items they hassle me about taking pictures of the surrounded area around my mailbox so that they could Start an investigation. After waiting almost 2 weeks for an answer they denied my claim without giving any reason for why they did. After this horrible experience I deleted the app and I told customer service that they should be ashamed for heaven so many disappointed customers! To simplify the Is story and to avoid an headache order and shop somewhere else because you won't receive your merchandise and you also will get denied when calling to complain about it!
