I was charged for my monthly tea pairing on November 28, and my box shipped from Japan on December 14. Now, on December 30, I still haven’t received it. I began my subscription in September and was considering renewing, but this frustrating experience has made me reconsider. I reached out to both the company and the shipping provider, but neither was helpful in resolving this issue. I’m very disappointed, as I was really looking forward to December's box.
