Review Time
Shipping times are horrendous. For instance, my current box shipped in january, it is now March 2nd and I still don't have it. When I go to the tracking website, it simply tells me it it can't be found. Every single box has been late by at least a month. For the price they need to change their shipping company. I've received plenty of other deliveries from China in a much more reasonable time. Terrible waste of money, due to the shipping issues. The product itself is nice, but I am so frustrated with these delays.
My February Sakuraco box is just amazing!!! Full of tasty surprises, with all kind of choices, even salty or sweet, perfectly match with my tea!!! The perfect company for my afternoon, having the chance to enjoy my tea with unique traditional japanese snacks!!! I frankly love it!!!
The brown box from the post is so deceiving until you open to find out what's inside. It's like my birthday everyday! After being diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, I find that there are so many beautiful things that are made by these special artisans that Sakuro represents. Such a Gem. February box urged me to jump on a plane and fly to Kyoto but unfortunately I have to undergo Radiotherapy treatment for my cancer. The box is also so elegantly beautiful. Thank you.
We vacationed in Japan in November 25 and loved it! My husband for Christmas got me a 6 month subscription to Sakuraco. I have received the January and the February box so far. We have enjoyed all the products and teas we have received. So far my favorite is the Milk Chocolate Strawberries and also the Custard Taiyaki. I enjoy tea so he also got the tea subscription for me! Until our next trip to Japan, I look forward to receiving my monthly boxes🤗
We really enjoy the Japan-themed boxes, and they are quite impressive. However, the shipping fees to Germany make them quite pricey. We considered the 6 or 12-month subscription, but with the additional shipping costs, the overall price is too high for us.
The kinako candy had a chalky texture that dried out the mouth. The other items were quite flavorful and offered a range of textures. It's wonderful to see traditions being preserved, allowing us to broaden our culinary experiences. Thank you.

This monthly box of treats is consistently delightful! In the past, we received a different service for our kids, but now that we’re empty nesters, it’s a joy to have treats designed for adults. It’s something I eagerly anticipate every month!
I was charged for my monthly tea pairing on November 28, and my box shipped from Japan on December 14. Now, on December 30, I still haven’t received it. I began my subscription in September and was considering renewing, but this frustrating experience has made me reconsider. I reached out to both the company and the shipping provider, but neither was helpful in resolving this issue. I’m very disappointed, as I was really looking forward to December's box.
