I've purchased two of Sakuto Knives chef's knives as the start of a set for my son (gifts). One has broken with a chipped blade, which happened within the first 12-months. Sakuto Knives firstly tried to deny the knife was less than a year old. Despite evidence being provided. Then they simply stopped responding completely. How does a company that does not provide any service for it's expensive products continue to market themselves as a company offering Exceptional Service & Quality Products. Not the case I'm afraid. They won't replace the knife, won't respond to communication with both Support & Customer Services & won't be getting any more of my business.
