AVOID THIS 'COMPANY'!

AVOID THIS 'COMPANY'!! Ordered a knife on 15th January, emailed on the 26th for an update as status was still showing as 'Order Confirmed'. Received an email in response waffling on about shipping leads without actually committing to a delivery date. Status changed to 'In Transit' and a Royal Mail tracking ref was provided. We are now on the 10th Feb and Royal Mail website is still showing they haven't actually received the item - Sakuto simply raised a tracking number to appease me it seems. When I emailed again to query I received a reply blaming Covid-19 for the logistical issues. Have requested a refund 3 times now and still haven't received confirmation this is being processed. This morning I received an email stating package will be delivered in 5-9 business days. I replied informing them it is no longer wanted as I have already ordered an alternative from a different website which was delivered in 2 days! Luckily I paid through Paypal so will be raising the issue with them and hopefully will get my money back. I highly doubt this is a legitimate company and wish I had checked reviews before ordering. Avoid at all costs - do not give them your money!!
