Sakuto claims that their knifes are Damascus steel. They are not. When you look closer the pattern which resample Damascus steel is engraved onto the surface. They have on purpose taken a Japanese sounding name but are in fact a Chinese company. The support is very unresponsive, and the second knife in the set took 4 weeks to arrive.
