Website says the following. Generally, shipments are in transit for 5 – 10 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut off time will be 05:00 PM Greenwich Mean Time (London). Order handling time is 1-2 business day (Monday to Friday).The moment you place the order it will advise you it’s 2-3 days processing and 12-19 business days so obviously not advertising truthful content on their website before you place the order. Just see the other reviews. You also have to figure out what courier is used. No surprise 13 days in and RM are still saying they still are expecting it when this was needed for today as this was a present.They have sent me the return address details which is something but obviously at my cost. I will amend this review once returned and refund received. See how this one goes.I’ll give it a few days before I start the PayPal claim.
