Terrible customer service, impossible to get a refund!The knives arrived, the handle looks good, impressive colours and pattern, but the blade is shocking, the Damascus steel style is etched into the blade so is raised, not flush and part of the steel. The knives are not sharp, my husband pushed his finger into the blade and ran it across it and it did not cut his finger, I was told this is not a suitable test of sharpness and they do not agree there is a quality issue. I am trying to return anyway, but the return address “down sparrow” is not listed and they have failed to provide me with the correct one despite asking several times for them to choose an address from the screenshots provided by the courier. I think they are purposefully trying to get the parcel lost in transit so they don’t have to refund me.
