I've submitted two tickets, so there's no need for an information request regarding an issue I've already highlighted! I provided my employer's name: entered correctly. Yet, it failed to locate my income: I've been with this bank for six years and employed by the same company for a decade. Tried another search: This time, it magically found five income entries, despite failing initially. Attempted again, thinking it would uncover the remaining entries... No luck, received a complete rejection and was told to reapply next month. 😂 A simple additional field asking if the employer's name is recorded differently would help, as it's mainly code and my employer number appears on my bank statements.
The application was simple, and the funds were deposited into my account right away. There were no hard checks that could affect my credit score, making it a smooth experience for securing a loan. The only downside is the absence of a mobile app for account management.
