I've submitted two tickets, so there's no need for an information request regarding an issue I've already highlighted! I provided my employer's name: entered correctly. Yet, it failed to locate my income: I've been with this bank for six years and employed by the same company for a decade. Tried another search: This time, it magically found five income entries, despite failing initially. Attempted again, thinking it would uncover the remaining entries... No luck, received a complete rejection and was told to reapply next month. 😂 A simple additional field asking if the employer's name is recorded differently would help, as it's mainly code and my employer number appears on my bank statements.
