The oud I bought arrived quickly, but it was broken. I requested a replacement, but the seller didn't reply for 2 weeks. I opened a PayPal case and eventually the seller agreed to a refund if I post it back - this would cost me £80 for international shipping. They refused to pay the postage for a damaged instrument, which I consider unfair. Paypal doesn't include postage in its guarantee either, so I am left with a broken instrument and a bad feeling. I wish I could trust businesses in Turkey, but this experience is very off-putting.
