I ordered an Arabic Oud. The 608 dollars model. After two months the oud palette broke without any fall as it was in my studio. I wrote to the customer service asking for a replacement and they replied they just give a 7 days warranted policy for this. I fixed it with my local guitar repairer and he also concluded it s very poor quality instruments and it was probably a glue quality problem. Very rude customer service as well from my experience.
