I bought an Arabic lutherie Oud from this online shop but I received a Turkish Oud. It has only the tuning of Arabic. Size and sound are not Arabic. I was looking for the typical deep and warm sound instead that my oud doesn't have. Theoretically, the instrument will be returned but the return procedure does not appear in my account. What a pity! I would also have exchanged it for a more expensive but truly Arabic one. The shop's website has customer reviews but if you write a negative review, it is later deleted!
