Integration Issues: They promised to link their platform with my CRM to enhance efficiency — that integration never materialized, leaving me with disjointed data and wasted resources. Ultimately, I was left with a drained marketing budget and no concrete results. They sold me a vision of cutting-edge lead generation powered by AI and smart automation — what I actually received was a subpar marketing operation offering empty promises. While the staff are very kind and accommodating, if you value your time, money, and professional reputation, steer clear of this service. They exemplify overpromising and underdelivering, leaving trusting clients like myself to deal with the fallout.
The platform has been handy for lead gen and automating phone number verification, which has saved us a lot of time. In addition, some great new features have been added recently, which could be kind of tricky, but our Account Manager, Lucas Rodriguez, has been invaluable and has accompanied us throughout this path.
