Utter Rubbish Dont Bother. As per the review below its really poor as phone calls and could not close a bag, let alone a clinet. We spent $3000 to get Sales Close AI, themselves to set up the AI bot, after opening it to our inbound leads, not one lasted longer than 10 second on a call so we took it offline after about 30 calls as we were manually speaking to leads and they were giving really poor feedback.I asked to cancel the subscription as it clearly does not work and suggested a refund, we had only had it operating a week and spent $3000 to get to that point. They pause my subscription, and said we have two month to sort it out what would we like to improve...... I would like to cancel, was met with you have a 12 month subscription.......but its crap??? We had not even use if for a month, but they were ignoring any claim to stop the subscription of any mention of a refund.My review. Its Completely rubbish DO NOT SIGN UP...... This AI can not close anything. The Company, equally as rubbish and in denial that they have a good product (or know its not good, and hence wont cancel anyones subscription). This is really a rubbish product.
Not Happy with SalesCloser. I signed up with Salescloser.ai and paid them $1500 USD for three months but found their service and technology is a disaster. First of all their agent technology is very complicated and offers a basic agent which is extremely poor and not usable for business purposes. Secondly their service team is as clueless as their technology is and could not setup the agent. Thirdly they do not have any customer empathy, despite getting paid for 3 months and not being able to setup my service they did not fix the issue, on top of that they offered me a 50% discount to sign for a longer term plan. I am shocked how such companies can operate with no checks and balances. I approached their senior leader on LinkedIn and there was no response. Shocked to see such a BAD service mindset from a company that is advertising itself as a leading edge AI provider.
