If I could give this seller negative stars, I would. The service was atrocious. I ordered a dryer pump and received the wrong model. I returned the part and requested a refund, but like many others have reported, my emails were ignored, and they insisted over the phone that they never received it. I had to involve a payment platform and postal service to prove I sent it back. Lesson learned: always require a signature on returns with untrustworthy sellers like this. This seller is a source of frustration and poor service—avoid them.
