I had the displeasure of dealing with this person, beware he has at least two websites and the one I ordered from was Salin Appliance Spares and although there were no pictures I looked up the part number and ordered the part and waited on delivery which I paid for express within 3 days(another rort)and 8 days later it finally arrived. I have no idea why it took so long as the box was completely empty! Terrible yeah? That is just the start. I called the number and very calmly said there has been a mistake made as you have sent me an empty box and then he blew a gasket, he was yelling and denying everything, telling me to send him pictures so I asked what his name and mobile number was so I can send him the pictures, his name is Ali and gave his number. He looked at the photos and while still being aggressive, he said he will get it replaced, I rang him 3 days later to check on progress and he started all over again, name? invoice number? can you send me pics? I said we have already been through all of this and he asked when. So I just played his game and gave details again, he said he will organise a replacement again. 3 more days later I rang and asked him where we are at and once again playing dumb, this time I was recording the call and he asked me to put in an email and someone will reply and send me tracking number...a few days later HE responded to my email and told me there will be no refund as the package had already been sent out.
This is by far the worst purchasing experience I have ever had, he is rude, offensive, yells at you, doesn't accept responsibility. In the end he has ended up with my money. Karma is great!
I am pleased to say that I ended up ordering the part through Statewide Appliance Spares and low and behold the correct part turned up today, only 3 days after ordering. Ali, it isn't that hard to do the right thing! You are a scammer!

Disappointing experience with delayed and incorrect parts

I ordered parts and waited several weeks without any updates or deliveries. After calling, I was told they were coming from overseas. The parts finally arrived, but I couldn't install them for four months. When I opened the box, I found the wrong parts had been sent. I reached out to the support team with photos and details, only to be informed that my order was over two weeks old, so it was not their issue. They showed no willingness to assist. Very disappointing response. I won’t be purchasing from this seller again, as customer service clearly isn't a priority for them.

Avoid This Seller – Terrible Service

If I could give this seller negative stars, I would. The service was atrocious. I ordered a dryer pump and received the wrong model. When I called for assistance, the representative was shockingly rude and unprofessional. I returned the part and requested a refund, but like many others have reported, my emails were ignored, and they insisted over the phone that they never received it. I had to involve a payment platform and postal service to prove I sent it back. Lesson learned: always require a signature on returns with untrustworthy sellers like this. This seller is a source of frustration and poor service—avoid them.

Received the Incorrect Part

I received the wrong part. When I called for help, the representative was immediately aggressive because I couldn't understand him. Every subsequent call was met with hostility, and they refused to take responsibility for their error. Questionable Practices

I ordered a part listed at $116.95, but received an email three days later stating there was an error in their listing. They canceled my order and offered a full refund but directed me to repurchase the same part now listed at $199. They showed no concern for being reported for this practice, telling me to complain elsewhere when I called to explain that they needed to honor the original price. Avoid this seller.

Extremely Poor Service

My partner ordered a washing machine part from this seller. After two weeks of no communication, we reached out and eventually received a part, but it was incorrect. We had to pay a repairman for nothing. When we provided clear photos of the mistake, their only response was to return it if we didn't like it. We sent it back at our own expense, but they never confirmed receipt. After further follow-ups, they agreed to refund us but failed to provide proper confirmation. When I called again, the representative was rude and claimed the refund confirmation was sent, but he had forgotten to attach it. To make matters worse, the refund did not cover the return shipping costs. The whole process took almost two months, leaving us without a working washing machine. I've never experienced such poor service. I felt compelled to leave this review to warn others.
