I was taken aback when I visited my local beauty shop to purchase certain products, only to be told I couldn't buy them without a trade account. The items were clearly priced and displayed, yet I was denied purchase. It's frustrating, especially when other stores provide much friendlier service. I won’t be returning to this location but will consider other retailers that prioritize customer satisfaction.
