I visited one location only to find they were out of my product. They directed me to another store. When I called that store, they confirmed they had it in stock. I drove there, only to be told they did NOT have it. When I mentioned my earlier call, the staff member merely shrugged and repeated, "Sorry, we don't have it." I heard that from her multiple times. It seemed like those were the only words she knew. I asked where else I might find it, and she sent me back to the first store. I explained my situation, but she just shrugged again and said, "Sorry, we don't have it!" with a blank expression. She then suggested another store I knew wouldn't have it. When I asked if there were any other options in town, she shrugged as if to say, "I don't know!" This was the worst customer experience I've ever encountered, and I will never return to any of their locations again!

I was prompted to try again multiple times, and at one point, I had to remove an item due to it being unavailable. Despite my card info supposedly being incorrect, I was charged multiple times. Now, I have to wait a week for my funds to be accessible. My bank can’t assist, and after contacting the support team, they stated there was nothing they could do but wait. If you want to avoid a lengthy wait for your funds, be cautious with this site. They mislead you about your card information and then charge you without resolution. I'm incredibly frustrated and will never shop here again.
