If I could rate this experience 0 stars, I absolutely would. My online ordering experience was the worst I've ever encountered. The website is extremely frustrating to navigate! After adding items to my cart and entering my billing and card information correctly, I attempted to place my order. Instead, I was met with a red error message indicating my card info was incorrect. I was prompted to try again multiple times, and at one point, I had to remove an item due to it being unavailable. Despite my card info supposedly being incorrect, I was charged multiple times. Now, I have to wait a week for my funds to be accessible. My bank can’t assist, and after contacting the support team, they stated there was nothing they could do but wait. If you want to avoid a lengthy wait for your funds, be cautious with this site. They mislead you about your card information and then charge you without resolution. I'm incredibly frustrated and will never shop here again.
