On Saturday, we went into the new Saloman store in Westfield to look for light- weight trekking trainers. The sales assistant, Afan, talked us through the product spec in detail. He was both knowledgeable and courteous, putting us under no pressure to buy. We did end up buying them and are delighted with both the product and customer service we received.
