I've ordered from this company several times, but delivery times have consistently lengthened. I try to order in advance, but I'm currently on day 13 with no tracking updates. I raise this issue every time I reach day 7, but they just apologize for the delay. No compensation offered. The products are what I ordered, so I know it’s not a scam, but I’d prefer to pay more for faster shipping. The delivery process definitely needs improvement, as is evident from the reviews.
