Where is my order? I placed it two weeks ago! The tracking shows it’s still with the supplier. I’ve called customer service twice with no resolution! Very dissatisfied. No refund or replacement offered, just repeated claims that the item has been dispatched.
I have placed multiple orders with this company, but over time, the delivery times have continued to increase with each order. I make sure to order in advance, yet I'm currently on day 13 without any update on the tracking number. I bring this up to the company each time I reach around day 7, but I always receive the same response, apologizing for the delay. There has been no offer of compensation for the inconvenience. While the products I receive are exactly what I ordered, indicating that this is not a scam, I would prefer to pay a bit more for faster shipping. The delivery process definitely needs improvement, as this seems to be a common concern in many reviews.
Avoid at all costs! My parcel wasn’t shipped until two weeks later. I kept following up with customer service, which was utterly unhelpful. I received a notification saying the parcel was delivered, but nothing was there when I got home. I contacted customer service again but received no assistance. I requested a replacement since it was a Christmas gift, and now it’s December 23rd, and I have neither the item nor my money. Please steer clear!

I ordered a Christmas gift on December 15th. Shortly after, I received a dispatch email with a tracking number. However, the tracking status indicates it’s still with the sender. It seems it hasn’t actually been dispatched. I doubt it will arrive before Christmas.
The item was not delivered, and even after updating the drop-off location, it was simply left in front of my door. Customer service was unhelpful! I specifically requested delivery to a neighbor, but it was just left outside, and now it’s been stolen. I’ve requested a full refund.

After reading negative reviews, I checked them out and can confirm this is a very trustworthy company with many positive reviews for their operations in the Netherlands.

Given that it was coming from the Netherlands, I expected delays, so this was a nice surprise! The products were well-packaged and in perfect condition upon arrival. Overall, I’m very happy and will definitely order from this company again.
