Moments after placing my order I contacted Salontotal to request the addition of another product. The process would not allow this, nor was I able to cancel my order and start the process again. As per their policy, I had to ‘refuse’ acceptance of the delivery in order to get a refund. The customer service staff were most unhelpful.
