I have placed multiple orders with this company, but over time, the delivery times have continued to increase with each order. I make sure to order in advance, yet I'm currently on day 13 without any update on the tracking number. I bring this up to the company each time I reach around day 7, but I always receive the same response, apologizing for the delay. There has been no offer of compensation for the inconvenience. While the products I receive are exactly what I ordered, indicating that this is not a scam, I would prefer to pay a bit more for faster shipping. The delivery process definitely needs improvement, as this seems to be a common concern in many reviews.
