I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from Salsa back in December. I waited 3 weeks (which is too long) for them to be delivered. Unfortunately they did not fit so I returned one pair of the jeans for refund and the other pair for an exchange in a bigger size. I can see from my emails that they successfully received my returns on the 17th of January. I have heard nothing from Salsa Jeans since despite numerous emails asking about my return and refund. It is now 3 weeks since my return so I would highly recommend anyone to avoid buying from Salsa!!!! The worst customer service and shopping experience ever!!!!
