I ordered 2 pairs of jeans from Salsa back in December. I waited 3 weeks (which is too long) for them to be delivered. Unfortunately they did not fit so I returned one pair of the jeans for refund and the other pair for an exchange in a bigger size. I can see from my emails that they successfully received my returns on the 17th of January. I have heard nothing from Salsa Jeans since despite numerous emails asking about my return and refund. It is now 3 weeks since my return so I would highly recommend anyone to avoid buying from Salsa!!!! The worst customer service and shopping experience ever!!!!

THRILLED!I just bought a dress from Salsa Jeans online-I'd seen it in a mall in Dubai but they had no size medium left-they said the dress had almost sold out in a day. It is of superb quality; fully lined, and arrived within 5 days-amazing for Cyprus where I live, as despite promises, online items can take 3-5 weeks longer than stated!!
I am trying to return a product for 2 weeks and they are not able to send a return label. They also do not allow me to do it on their web. I am very disappointed as they always say that they will send the return label shortly, but they never do.
Worst service ever. I have now waited over 8 days for an order. They keep giving me some stupid reply that they will be in touch. Cancelling my order and want my money back. Then they told me they can't do customer service due to the person not being able to speak English crazy.
Have been into blanchardstown store twice with my mam I wanted to treat her to a well fitting pair of jeans and thought a good service would be provided to find right pair. On both occasions shop empty 2 sales assistants standing at tills and never said hi or approached us so we walked out.
