I bought 2 pairs of jeans in May 2021, I barely used them as I am working from home. Suddenly in July one of the pairs just ripped open on the knees (they were barely worn and didn't even get their first wash!). I went to the store to complain and that's when all the bad things start to happen, they keep my jeans and say they will send them to the quality department for analysis and that it can take up to 30 days. It was already an awful service. 3 weeks later they answer saying my complaint was not accepted! How??? How Salsa do you justify this??? You sell bad material, keep my jeans, keep my money and have the nerve not to accept my complaint? Don't ever buy from this brand people! Ever! Worse than the jeans ripping is the awful customer service! And then you call them and they can't help you, there's nothing they can do because it's not the customer service department! In what world is this acceptable Salsa??
