I bought 2 pairs of boots 2 weeks ago. since they are not delivering out of Europe, I managed to have them delivered to me by third party courier and had to pay a lot.They both reached me and found defective. a cut in the sole stitchand in 1 of them, and a damaged zipper in the other. I've tried to put my emotions aside but I failed, I’m very disappointed.I wasn’t expecting too much from them but at least I was expecting a sincere regret and moreover sense of responsibility reflecting what i thought a world class brand for this exorbitant mistake. Instead I received a cold reply to send them back. I thought they are a world class brand but it turned out they are not, and they didn't even try to act as a one.I wonder whether they have a QC or whether they are inspecting the goods before dispatching them. they knew it was travelling long way out of Europe however they didn't even bother to double check before dispatching the items. or may be they knew but dispatched anyway to remove a defective stock as I know some stores doing. they sometimes assume nobody will take an action. that's why I'm very skeptical when I buy online, I only buy from trusted stores and maybe I was wrong about this one.Now I paid a lot to the courier and can't afford to pay more and they want me so pay again twice back and forth or worse to pay to send the merchandise back for a refund as they most probably will be out of stock.I have to pay all that money because they have inconsiderable and incompetent staff whom don't do thier job.what if I was a tourist and bought them and found out when I get back to my country, will they ask me to travel back to change them. is it fair to pay all that money because of their mistakes or because I trusted this brand.Now I'm stuck. I can't put them on, can't return, can't refund, total lose of a money. from their side they totally wash their hands.
