On our first day after switching to the service, we lost all internet access due to a failure with the fiber switch. Reaching their technical support took over 30 minutes each time, and when we finally connected, the representative couldn't provide updates on the issue. They didn't even send an automatic email confirming that a ticket was opened or that troubleshooting started. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and we cannot endorse this provider.
