Opt for another provider - I wish I could rate them even lower. Initially, everything appeared fine; I signed contracts for both my partner and me, as she was living and working in the country while I visited occasionally. My partner had a comprehensive contract, and I opted for a data package. Given our investment in these packages, we expected reliable service during our travels. However, the data failed to work abroad; we couldn't load any web pages or send messages via messaging apps. It was completely useless and a total waste of money. Despite this, we continued using the ineffective phones because we were bound by the contract. Now, due to personal circumstances, my partner and I are leaving the country permanently and trying to cancel our contracts. Initially, we were assured that cancellation would be straightforward if we were leaving, but the reality has been quite the opposite. We first visited the store, thinking it would be the simplest solution since my visit was brief, but they handed us a business card with a phone number and sent us on our way. We tried calling, but the line was only open during the week and was closed for the Christmas holidays. I called from the UK and had to wait on hold for 15 minutes, incurring charges on my next bill. Once connected, I explained my situation, only to be transferred to another team that, while focused on contracts, was not specialized in cancellations. I had to repeat my story and was informed that I would need to pay the full cancellation fee since I lacked documentation proving my departure. I later received a cancellation email with a link embedded in the text, directing me to a webpage where I could cancel without completing the full term, but with a cancellation fee instead. This contradicts the initial information I received from the store. Currently, I am awaiting the final cancellation cost, but the poor customer service, subpar phone service, and the costly mistake of choosing them make it clear: whatever you do, select a different provider.
I would give it less than one star, but that's unfortunately not an option. I visited the service location on Saturday to upgrade my plan as I needed a phone. The website advertised a cheaper plan, which I was keen on since I’m trying to save money. When I arrived at the location, I inquired about the cheaper option, and the representative said she would check. However, I was then told that plan wasn't available, and instead, I was offered a more expensive option. To make matters worse, I was asked to sign the contract without reading it first. When discussing costs, I was initially quoted 85, but later found out the total was actually 105. This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering I had positive experiences before. I will definitely mention the representative's name when I return home and advise others to steer clear of this service. In the future, I’ll be upgrading online. Now, I'm uncertain if I can downgrade based on the contract I signed. This experience has been shockingly poor, and even the customer support line suggested buying online next time to avoid such issues.
On our first day after switching to the service, we lost all internet access due to a failure with the fiber switch. Reaching their technical support took over 30 minutes each time, and when we finally connected, the representative couldn't provide updates on the issue. They didn't even send an automatic email confirming that a ticket was opened or that troubleshooting started. This level of service is completely unacceptable, and we cannot endorse this provider.

I called about a faulty home net today. The phone customer service was excellent. I thought visiting a store for a new cable would be quicker, so I went to a nearby location. I politely showed the email, but the staff member was rude and claimed they had no cables. I found this behavior unacceptable. I visited multiple stores, and none had the cable. I wish the company would hire more professional staff instead of arrogant individuals. Our service has had many interruptions, and they always claim everything is fine. I rated it two stars because of the helpful hotline; I had to call three times, and they were great.
1. They have you sign a contract without clearly stating that it binds you for two years. 2. During this period, they raise the price, citing inflation as justification. 3. After checking, the price increase is not actually legal. 4. They won't let you terminate the contract without involving an ombudsman. If you're considering signing, think twice and don't sign anything.
The sales manager informed me that my new offer included free minutes for EU calls. I called my family in Italy, only to receive a bill for nearly 400 CHF for those minutes. They didn’t provide any record of the sales call and made excuses. I paid the bill but will be switching providers. The sales representative failed to clarify the differences in call types, clearly prioritizing closing the contract over customer satisfaction.
I've been a customer for 10 years. Initially, it was affordable and worked fine. Last month, as my cancellation deadline approached, I found better offers elsewhere. I contacted customer care for a counteroffer. They proposed better conditions, but I received no confirmation. After my cancellation period ended, they claimed they couldn't find the offer, leaving me with no choice but to accept a worse one.
