I would give it less than one star, but that's unfortunately not an option. I visited the service location on Saturday to upgrade my plan as I needed a phone. The website advertised a cheaper plan, which I was keen on since I’m trying to save money. When I arrived at the location, I inquired about the cheaper option, and the representative said she would check. However, I was then told that plan wasn't available, and instead, I was offered a more expensive option. To make matters worse, I was asked to sign the contract without reading it first. When discussing costs, I was initially quoted 85, but later found out the total was actually 105. This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering I had positive experiences before. I will definitely mention the representative's name when I return home and advise others to steer clear of this service. In the future, I’ll be upgrading online. Now, I'm uncertain if I can downgrade based on the contract I signed. This experience has been shockingly poor, and even the customer support line suggested buying online next time to avoid such issues.
