Ordered product on 17th Sept, paid £5 delivery cost which is quite pricy, expecring fast delivery. I contacted them by email last week and was advised product is out of stock but due to be restocked later that week and confirmed my order would be sent out first thing this week. Its now Tues 26th Sept and I have no confirmation of a dispatch. Very poor service for a first time customer.
