After our boiler died I searched for the best deals on the internet for a new one and the best by far was Saltire. The surveyor John Higgins came out and after going over the options he gave us a tremendous deal not just on the boiler but also a 10 year maintenance plan. There was no hard sell and he advised us not to rush into a decision just to let him know what we decided when we were ready. An installation date was set and the engineer Mark, text me to let me know he was on his way. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently by the engineer, electrician and roofer who were all lovely and explained exactly what they were doing. Following installation the engineer went through all the controls and made sure I was happy before he left. Everything was left clean and tidy. John phoned later to make sure I was happy and said there was a gap at the flue where the old flue had been (I hadn’t even noticed it), so he would send a joiner to cover it the next day, which he did. John left me his number and told me to contact him should I have any problems or needed any advice. The service I received from Saltire was excellent and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
