The loan application process was frustrating. Eventually we needed to have assistance. Theonyl options were to use the Chat Bot which basically said I would receive an email within 24 hours. Tried calling the telephone number but it was a phone tree that led to nowhere. Eventually we had got set an appt time for support. That had some bumps also. We never received the link for the meeting. It all worked out int he end but the loan application process took almost a week to resolve. Hoping this can be streamlined and easier to navigate in the immediate future.
