The Salt team has bent over backwards to help me , calls at shitty times , weekends , price panic etc etc they always pick up the phone & or call back in minutes , and I’m in a different time zone , it doesn’t matter Dan is a Total legend there and the lending product is amazing just stay away from the margins as there is no good outcome , The 90.9 Ltv is best in class for not getting wiped out My only confusion on the platform is re-signing the loan docs every month is a little clunky - you receive a “loan closed” email that the first time makes u think the worst, then moments later you have a new loan , However the upside to that system is I guess if rates drop u may be able to take advantage of better numbers Hope this helps other big lenders feel safe here
