If I could give 0 stars I would. Terrible product and terrible customer service. Website says 2-4 days delivery, my phone case took 2 weeks to arrive because it came from China which is not stated when you order. When I emailed customer service to chase up my order they told me it had been delivered and sent me an AI generated photo of a parcel on a doorstep as their proof of delivery. I asked them for a refund and got ignored. Eventually the case arrived and it looked nothing like the photo on the website, I’d been catfished by a phone case… the case is made of cheap plastic not durable glass like the website states. The design is very poor quality and looks extremely tacky. I paid £30 for this case so was expecting good quality. I’ve emailed again to ask for a refund, however their customer service seems to be just as abysmal as the case itself. Do not waste your money.
