It doesn’t even deserve the one star, it deserves a negative. I paid £25 for a phone case and shipping, it took a month to arrive, I got no updates on where it was, I would email asking for updates, no updates, then it eventually arrived and it looked nothing like the picture and was faulty so couldn’t even use it, I contacted them to let them know this so I could get a refund and they told me I’d have to pay for the shipping to send it back and they’d send out any other case I wanted, I declined and said I just want my money back and for them to pay for the return as it wasn’t my fault and they kept deflecting and declining so I gave up and have had to buy a phone case else where. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Save your money honestly, please
its not what they show on website. i bought the durable glass version and they gave me a silicon cover which you can find on ali express or temu for 1-3$ with a poor quality wallpaper downloaded from google. its not glass its just a laminated picture slapped behind the silicon case.
They Made me wait so long to receive the case. I had to chase them 2 times and the second time they didn’t even respond, they just finally created the shipping label. The quality of the case seems pretty poor, and it looks more like just a skin rather than a protective case! For this price there is much better quality case! The design is really cool, and is the strap to hold your phone at the back
I ordered two cases from Saltoinc with blind faith that the company was trustworthy. I have received a tracking number but the tracking number does not resolve to any tracking when put into their built in tracking on their website. I ordered the two cases mentioned above on 2/6/2026, I received the tracking number on 2/10/2026. As i mentioned above, the tracking number I was provided does not work.

I didn't read these reviews until after I made a purchase, so I was nervous. However, I had a perfectly fine experience with this company. My phone case took about a week to ship out, but I got a quick, friendly reply when I emailed. After it was shipped, it got here in good time. The case looks nice and it works fine on the wireless charger. Would buy from this site again.
