Terrible customer service. The mag safe didn’t work so the bubble holder fell off and was lost. I wrote a review on Facebook to which I was contacted I was asked for the bubble holder and a video of it as I explained how could I provide this when it’s lost. Multiple times I was told not to worry it would be sorted I was then asked to video the case which I did and whilst removing it from the phone it shattered. I was then offered £3.50 refund or £6.50 off another order. I declined I won’t be ordering again total waste on money.
