My order was placed Sept 15th and I never received any updates or tracking at all and by the end of that week after messaging them they finally give me a tracking number and it never updated so I message them again today a full week later and they told me my package was lost awaiting customs and that they’re now out of stock of my item. This company doesn’t know how to function or how to do any proper logistics. at the very least they cancelled and refunded my order and that’s the most helpful thing they’ve done the entire ordeal. Please don’t waste your time here.
